LearnVest Inc.— based just an avenue east and nine blocks south of Betterment — disclosed a $28 million investment led by none other than Northwestern Mutual, with help from Accel Partners. LearnVest's originally launched in 2009 as an online guide to helping women learn more about financial planning.
