California based online real estate investment management firm, HomeUnion, secured $16m in Series B funding with new investors such as Colchis Capital, Northgate Capital, and Tamarisc with participation by Artiman. The company enables value investing in single-family rental properties, and will use this latest funding to personalize the service throughout the entire life cycle of on online real estate transaction.
"HomeUnion has disrupted real estate investing by creating an end-to-end investing experience that's unencumbered by geographical barriers," says Akhil Saklecha, a partner with Artiman.
