Portfolio company, Embroker, is expanding its presence from San Francisco to Chicago. The company is opening its new office this coming Monday and plans on hiring 10 new employees over the next year. Embroker CEO Matt Miller is looking to hire great insurance talent, together with diversified tech talent that exists out in Chicago.

“We’re a (business-to-business) company, so we want to be present in major metro areas, both for a talent perspective as well as a sales perspective,” Miller said. “We want to be reaching out and actively engaging with companies so they know we’re invested in the region and we are willing to grow there.”
