When OnDeck raised a Series A in 2006 the company was valued at $2.5 million today it is valued at more than $1.7 billion. Many investors who participated along the way from the Series A to the Series E did very well.
in 2007, capital seemed to be flowing pretty freely around the economy and, to a casual observer, there didn't seem to be much room for a tech firm to disrupt lending.
