Singapore based personal finance tool MoneySmart has raised a $2m Series A, led by SPH Media Fund. The company offers simplified financial advice and comparison shopping on range of products from credit cards to mortgages. The company believes it's deliberate attention to local markets/culture will allow it to better serve its customers than its competitors, especially with its personalized content blog and recommendations.
