New York based urban P&C insurance provider has disclosed a $4m Series Seed round with participation by Ribbit, Box Group, and Social Capital. The startup has also went live with its product.
The entire experience, from initial sign-up and filing claims, to protecting valuables and personal electronics, is completed online at Jetty.com. Jetty’s insurance plans are now available in Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Georgia; Jetty Passport is now available in Pennsylvania, Illinois, Georgia, New Jersey, and Florida, with plans for expansion for all offerings throughout the year.
