Transferwise said its revenues more than doubled to £67m in the year to 31 March while its losses before tax fell to just £338,000, compared with £17.4m last year.
TransferWise, which 2m people use to do £1bn of cross-border transfers from 42 countries every month, the company said, and has been valued at about $1.6bn by its latest fundraising, according to a person briefed on the matter. The latest round takes the total it has raised to $397m.
