Finch raises $1.8m in Seed funding

New York based fintech service for millenials to invest via a checking account raised $1.8m in Seed funding led by Mendoza Ventures.

“We’re proud to be the first to launch an investing account with the flexibility of checking,” says Ganu. He points out that Acorns brought roundups, Stash brought $5 dollar investments, and Robinhood brought commission-free investing. Instead of viewing these fintechs as the competition, Ganu says these start-ups sit adjacent to Finch.
