Congratulations to MoneyLion on this exciting news - Fusion intends to file its definitive proxy statement/prospectus relating to the Business Combination on September 3, and a special meeting of Fusion shareholders will be held on September 21. If the proposals at the Special Meeting are approved, the deal is expected to close on September 22, and start trading on the NYSE as "ML" on September 23.
