Stockholders now have the option to tokenize their shares through Superstate, a financial-technology startup in Galaxy’s venture portfolio and a registered equities transfer agent. The move mostly is aimed at institutional investors and professional traders, who may be more comfortable than retail investors going through the registration process, Galaxy said.
