Prospective investors have been holding talks about acquiring a minority stake in the group, the people said. Private equity firms Advent, Centerbridge Partners and Cinven are among those that have evaluated potential investments, the people said, asking not to be identified discussing private information. There’s a chance that Ebury could also raise new money as part of any transaction, the people said.
