Top Monzo shareholders are pushing that the group’s chief executive, TS Anil, be retained as CEO. Meanwhile, the group is pressing for the removal of Monzo chair Gary Hoffman, who has led the British company since 2019 and previously chaired the English Premier League.
“The investors are currently working constructively with the board to find the right way forward acting in the interest of all Monzo’s stakeholders.”
