Balderton Capital is leading an investment into investment crowdfunding platform Crowdcube. Yes, things really have got that meta in the startup investment world. Balderton is putting £3.8 million ($6.5 million) into UK-based Crowdcube’s Series B round — with a further £1.2 million being offered to crowd-backers, to make a total Series B round of £5 million.
