The Buenos Aires based platform for Latin American real estate will use the proceeds to improve its position in key markets such as Mexico and Brazil.
Investors in the round include Neveq II, NXTP Labs and Telor International. Properati last raised a $2m Series A in September 2014.

The platform already has over 1 million properties published in Brazil and almost 2 million in LatAm. It is also available in Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Mexico.
