Banks are paying attention to the "bot" trend. RBSis about unveil Luvo, an online artificial intelligence CSR, which can answer questions ranging from lost card queries to updating customer information. The technology can even sense mood and even show a little bit of human empathy!
“Like humans, Luvo has to be trained when dealing with new subject matter but, crucially, it learns from its mistakes and its answers become more accurate over time,” says RBS, which plans to unveil it at the end of the year.
