Wells Fargo's whistleblower problem worsens

Wells Fargo is being ordered by the Feds to rehire the general manager who they fired when she allegedly tipped off her bosses about the wave of bank accounts being opened at her branch.

"There is reasonable cause to believe" Wells Fargo violated both Sarbanes-Oxley and Dodd-Frank, according to a December 2016 letter from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. OSHA, which is part of the Labor Department, found that the "preliminary reinstatement" of Ponce de Leon is likely warranted.
