Stockholm based behavioral biometrics fraud detection startup BehavioSec has raised a $17.5m Series B led by Trident Capital Cybersecurity.
In a statement announcing the success of the funding round, BehavioSec said the investment capital “will be used to expand global operations and relocate corporate headquarters to the United States.” The company is currently headquartered in Sweden, with additional offices in Germany. BehavioSec also indicated that it’s preparing to launch authentication solutions for the enterprise “in early 2018,” along with partner offerings in collaboration with Crossmatch, Gemalto, Nuance, and Vasco.
