Guss co-founded Octane Lending — the parent company of Roadrunner — back in 2014. Octane is a software company that offers a lender aggregator to help dealers quickly secure competitive financing for their customers. Before creating Octane Lending, Guss was in the corporate strategy group at Capital One, where he managed projects in retail banking, auto lending and brokerage strategy.
