Former PayPal CEO and serial fintech entrepreneur Bill Harris has moved to Miami to launch Nirvana, a global digital bank. Harris was also CEO of Intuit, founding CEO of Personal Capital, and founder of seven other successful financial technology and cybersecurity startups.
