“Every time you actually go to start a company, you start off with this optimism,” said AngelList CEO Avlok Kohli. “You have this idea, you’re super confident, and you want to go do it, and then there is all this mundane stuff that you have to figure out.” The idea with AngelList Stack is to take some of those mundane and arcane processes of starting a company, and make it simpler, said Kohli, who was a repeat founder before joining AngelList.
