In a country where most labor contracts are for six days, the measure to guarantee two days off is gaining popularity, but employers are concerned about its economic impact.
"There are many people who work 10 or 12 hours a day and invest between two or four hours a day to commute to and from their occupation. We are talking about up to 16 hours out of 24 hours a day. That is not life. We want them to workers work to live, not live to work."
