After a difficult few years, Europe’s tech scene bounced back in 2024, including participation from angel investors ranging from the head of France’s Station F startup hub to a World Cup winner.

The most prolific angel investor of the year was Thibaud Elzière, a man who has reportedly backed over 100 companies.
