California based online real estate investment management firm, HomeUnion, secured $16m in Series B funding with new investors such as Colchis Capital, Northgate Capital, and Tamarisc with participation by Artiman. The company enables value investing in single-family rental properties, and will use this latest funding to personalize the service throughout the entire life cycle of on online real estate transaction.
