Portfolio company Embroker has just released it's Beta version 2.0. This new release places Embroker closer to it's bigger vision of removing the pain points involved with insurance, and offering the service to US businesses for free. The main focus of the release is to provide enhanced personalization, easy renewal and update of existing policies, with seamless tracking of vendor and tenant policies as well. We are excited to see Embroker grow and make insurance as frictionless as possible.
Ultimately it is our core philosophy of empathetic design that drives us to pursue what is a radical approach in this industry: listening to customers, putting them at the center of what we do, and changing everything we can to address their needs and their frustrations with with today’s insurance market. This is why we’re building an entire system from the ground up and pairing it with tenured insurance experts, rather than cynically taking an existing paper application, turning this paper form into HTML and calling it done – or, even worse, shamelessly passing off imitation as innovation
