Paris based investment management platform FundShop has raised €2.2m in Series A funding led by Apicil. FundShop is a web-based financial application that helps investors construct and manage their investments online. The application identifies investors’ profiles, generates optimal asset allocations, and selects funds to compose their portfolios.
" Manage your investments as an expert ", offers FundShop on its website. " Whatever your financial knowledge, whatever your wealth, whatever your contract, " assures the Paris startup. FundShop, which designs portfolio management applications, is not intended for individuals, institutions, banks, insurance companies, brokers, etc. It is this business-to-business positioning that differentiates it from other startups that have developed a robo-advisor offering such as Advise, Marie Quantier, WeSave or Yomoni - which has seduced the mutual Group Apicil from which it has just raised 2.2 million euros.
