According to a new report by the American Gaming Association, 31.4m Americans plan to bet on Super Bowl LVI, a 35% increase from 2021. Bettors will wager an estimated $7.61b, up 78% from last year - in part due to 10 more states launching legal sports betting since last year, plus New York launching its mobile sports betting program, which hit a national monthly handle record of $1.6b in January.
